HOW MUCH TIME DO I NEED TO COMMIT?
I work with clients in 4 or 12 month containers, a season of focused work or a full year of ongoing support, depending on what you need.
60-75 mins every other week for our 1:1 sessions, plus time in between calls for implementation and reflection. Same as anything worth doing, you get out what you put in.
